My name is Michelle and I am an Ofsted Registered Montessori trained Childminder. I have over 10 years experience of working as an early years practitioner, including working in a Montessori nursery setting as well as working as a home-based early years educator. I previously worked as a registered general nurse. I hold an NCFE CACHE Level 4 Diploma in Montessori Pedagogy, Birth to Seven (Early Years Educator) trained by Montessori Centre International (MCI). I have Hygge in the Early Years Accreditation. I am currently studying for a Childhood Studies and Early Years MA.
In my spare time I enjoy spending time with my family, walking my dog, reading, sewing, gardening, and being outdoors in nature. I am passionate about sustainable living and caring for our planet and embed this philosophy into my early years practice and provision.
