My name is Michelle and I am an Ofsted registered outstanding Childminder. I have over 13 years experience of working as an early years practitioner, including working in a Montessori nursery setting as well as working as a home-based early years educator.  I previously worked as a registered general nurse. I am a level 7 early years educator awarded a Masters (MA) with Distinction in Childhood Studies and Early Years and a NCFE CACHE Level 4 Diploma in Montessori Pedagogy, Birth to Seven (Early Years Educator). 

In my spare time I enjoy spending time with my family, walking my dog, reading, creative knitting and sewing projects and gardening, and being outdoors in nature. I am passionate about sustainable living and caring for our planet and embed this philosophy into my early years practice and provision.
